One team from first meeting to go-live
At Tejaxo, the people who write the software are the same people who sit with a client’s purchase, stores, production and accounts teams during implementation, and the same people who answer the phone after go-live. There is no hand-over to a separate support company. When a client asks for a change, the person who listens is close to the person who builds it.
Why the logo wall matters to us
Every logo on that wall stands for a plant where our team studied the process, uploaded masters, ran a pilot month and trained users on their own screens. Since 2017 we have worked with more than 50 clients, and each implementation has taught us something that has gone back into the product.
