On the same day as the Diwali gifts in November 2023, the Tejaxo team went out for lunch together. The photo shows the team around a long table at a restaurant, celebrating the festival over a shared meal.
Time together outside the office
Lunch away from the office gives everyone a chance to talk about something other than modules and deadlines – and for newer team members to get to know colleagues they do not usually work with.
Small traditions, every year
A festival lunch is a simple tradition, but traditions like this help a growing team stay close.
