Privacy Policy

Our website includes a chat assistant run on our own marketing system. When you visit our website, it stores a random identifier in your browser so that it can recognise a returning visit and keep your conversation. With it we record the pages you view, the website or campaign that referred you, your IP address, the approximate location derived from your IP address (city, state and country) and the network or organisation that the IP address belongs to, and your device type, browser, operating system, screen size, time zone and browser language.

The location is looked up on our own server using the IP to City Lite and IP to ASN Lite databases by DB-IP (licensed under CC BY 4.0); your IP address is not sent to DB-IP or to any other location service.

Messages that you type or speak in the chat are answered by an AI assistant that uses only Tejaxo’s approved product information, and they may be read and answered by the Tejaxo team. If you speak, your browser converts your voice to text and we receive only the text.

If you choose to continue with your Google account (Google One Tap), Google shares your name and email address with us. We use them, together with any phone number or business details that you share in the chat, to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We do not read any other account or email address signed in to your browser.

You can remove the identifier by clearing your browser’s site data for tejaxo.com. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to delete your chat and visit records by writing to info@tejaxo.com.
