Tejaxo Automation · SCADA · IIoT · WhatsApp
Tejaxo Automation connects the plant floor to the business: Tejaxo SCADA for batch process plants, Tejaxo Logger for instrument data, CNC and VMC machine data straight into the ERP, and WhatsApp automation for alerts and approvals. It works with Tejaxo ERP – and with the SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor or Tally ERP you already run.
✓ Our own products, built and supported in-house ✓ We don’t replace your ERP. We extend it.
Where plants lose time
In most plants, production, rejections and downtime are still written on paper and keyed in at the end of the shift. Batch records live in registers, instrument readings in separate software, and the ERP only learns what happened a day later.
Output, rejections and stops are typed in after the shift, from memory.
ERP, SCADA, machines and loggers sit in separate silos.
Every charge, sample and step is written up manually for the batch file.
Purchase orders and payments wait until the approver is back at a computer.
How Tejaxo Automation works
CNC and VMC machines, SCADA and controllers, and process instruments.
Reads, cleans and buffers the data, so nothing is lost when a link drops.
Production, OEE, maintenance and quality records are created in the ERP.
Alerts, reports and approvals reach the right person on the phone.
What is included
SCADA for batch process plants: live plant graphics of tanks, reactors, blenders and utilities, recipe-driven batch execution, scheduling, trends, alarms and a complete electronic batch record.
Recipe editor with main and parallel stages; released recipes are locked and changed only through a new version.
Valves, pumps and interlocks stay with the controller / DCS; SCADA sends recipe steps and batch commands over OPC UA, and a heartbeat holds sequences if SCADA stops responding.
Reads temperature and process instruments over RS-485 / RS-232 (Modbus RTU), logs every reading, with trends, MIN / MAX / AVG reports, MKT and F0, and an audit trail designed to support 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Cycle counts, run and idle time, downtime and OEE come straight from CNC and VMC machines into the ERP – already live at a Tejaxo ERP client.
Drag-and-drop boards where supervisors move lots between stages and record downtime with a reason.
Alerts, reports and reminders on WhatsApp; approve purchase orders and payments from the phone; an AI agent that answers ERP questions.
Drawing and BOM data from AutoCAD brought into ERP item masters and BOMs.
For the owner
Your core ERP is a big investment and should stay clean and upgrade-safe. Tejaxo Automation works around SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor M3 or Tally through APIs, database connectors and scheduled sync – machine data in, decisions and entries back through approved interfaces – without changing the ERP’s core code.
One plant, one problem, built on your real data first.
On-premise, private cloud or hybrid, inside your network.
Every entry, approval and AI action recorded.
Reports owners use
OEE, utilisation, MTBF and MTTR · downtime by reason · electronic batch records and batch reports · trends and alarm history · instrument data reports with MKT and F0 · production and rejection by shift – plus live dashboards and Power BI.

FAQ
The plant-floor side of Tejaxo: Tejaxo SCADA for batch process plants, Tejaxo Logger for instrument data, machine-to-ERP connectivity for CNC and VMC machines, and WhatsApp automation – all Tejaxo’s own products, connected to Tejaxo ERP or to your existing ERP.
No. We don’t replace your ERP. We extend it – connecting SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Infor M3 or Tally to machines, SCADA and loggers without changing the ERP’s core code.
No. Valves, pumps, agitators and interlocks stay with your controller or DCS. Tejaxo SCADA sends recipe steps and batch commands over OPC UA, which the controller may refuse, and a heartbeat makes the controller hold sequences if SCADA stops responding.
CNC and VMC machines send cycle counts, run and idle time, downtime and OEE into the ERP; this is live at a Tejaxo ERP client. Tell us your machine and controller models and we will confirm the connection method.
Tejaxo Logger has individual logins, access rights per command, password ageing, automatic log-off and a full audit trail designed to support 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Validation in your plant remains your quality team’s responsibility.
Yes. We implement remotely – online discovery, a pilot on your own data, training over video and support in English and Hindi – with short on-site visits where needed.
