Where moulding plants lose money

One wrong compound spoils a whole shift

Rubber parts are only as good as the compound that went into them. When compound batches, expiry dates and press-wise issues are tracked on paper, the wrong or expired compound reaches a press and the defect is found by the customer.

Wrong compound issued

Compound for one part goes to another press and nobody notices until inspection.

Expired compound used

Shelf life is not checked when the compound is issued.

No part-to-batch link

When a customer complains, nobody can say which compound batch went into the parts.

Rejection seen late

NG parts are counted at month-end, not per press and shift.

One continuous flow

From compound to moulded part, by scan

01 · Compound inward

Compound from mixing taken into stock batch-wise, on FIFO.

02 · Issue request

The operator scans the press and the compound QR to request material.

03 · Scan-matched issue

Required compound vs scanned batch is matched; a wrong QR is stopped with an error.

04 · Moulding

Output recorded per press, part and compound batch.

05 · Inspection

Scan press, part and compound batch; accept or reject with remarks.

06 · Return & revalidation

Unused compound returned to stock; expired compound revalidated with a new date.

07 · Dispatch & invoice

Batch-wise finished stock, packing slip, GST invoice and receipts.

What Tejaxo ERP controls in a rubber moulding plant

Compound FIFO and expiry

Compound held batch-wise with expiry, issued first in first out; expired compound blocked until revalidated with a new date.

QR scan-matched issue

Press, part and compound filled by scanning; the required compound is matched against the scanned batch and a wrong one is stopped.

Part-to-compound traceability

Every moulded part is linked to its compound batch and press – forward and backward.

Inspection on the floor

Accept or reject at inspection by scanning, with remarks; NG notifications by mail.

Works on any device

The same QR app on desktop, tablet and mobile, with QR labels for compound batches, parts and batch cards printed from the system.

Part-to-compound BOM

Each finished part linked to its compound, so material requirement and costing follow production.

Rejection and yield

Rejection with a reason, PPM, defect Pareto and scrap reports by press and part.

Customer schedules and GST

Delivery schedules, dispatch plan and OTIF; GST invoices and bill-wise receivables.

FAQ

Questions rubber moulding plants ask

One system for a moulding plant: compound stock with expiry, issue to presses, moulding output, inspection, traceability, dispatch, GST and accounts.

Yes. Press, part and compound are scanned at issue; the required compound is matched against the scanned batch and a wrong one is blocked with an error.

Compound is held batch-wise with expiry and issued first in first out. Expired compound can be revalidated with a new date before it is used.

Yes. Every issue and inspection scan links the part to the press and compound batch, so traceability works in both directions.

Yes. The QR app runs on desktop, tablet and mobile, and QR labels are printed from the system.

The same scan-matched issue and batch traceability fits other moulded parts where the right material batch must reach the right machine.
