Manufacturing ERP · India
Manufacturing ERP software runs sales, purchase, stores, production, quality, GST, accounts and payroll in one system, so stock, production and the books show the same numbers. A good ERP for the manufacturing industry in India must also handle job work with ITC-04, batch traceability and costing per work order. Tejaxo ERP does this on one database, takes data from machines and WhatsApp voice entries, and answers owners in plain language.
✓ In business since 2017 ✓ 50+ clients ✓ 20+ ERP modules ✓ 1000+ ready reports
When a factory needs an ERP
Accounting software records what was billed; it does not plan a work order, track a batch or show why a job lost money. Most manufacturers look for an ERP when the plant has grown past registers, Excel and phone calls.
The register, the store and the books show three different numbers.
Profit is known for the year, not for the work order.
Material sent out is tracked by hand and ITC-04 is rebuilt every quarter.
Cash, dues and dispatches need five phone calls to answer.
How to choose
Ask for a demo on your items, BOMs and customers, then a pilot month. A vendor sample proves little.
Work orders, job cards, machine hours and rejections must live in the ERP, along with GST registers, job work with ITC-04, PF and ESI.
Ask what comes in by itself: machine counts, scanned bills, entries on the phone. Every manual entry is a delay and a possible error.
Own server, private cloud or hosted; role-based rights; a full audit trail; support by the team that built it.
What a manufacturing ERP should include
MPS, MRP requisitions, work orders, job cards on machine hours, capacity load, OEE, MTBF and MTTR. See production planning software.
Batch-wise stock, FIFO / LIFO / weighted average / standard valuation, ageing, ABC / FSN, re-order levels and bins. See inventory software for manufacturing.
Approval workflows, gate entry, batch-wise GRN, incoming QC with PPM, 3-way match and vendor rating.
Pipeline, quotations from price lists, sales orders with schedules, packing slips, invoices, OTIF and TAT to dispatch.
Incoming and in-process QC, defect Pareto, heat number and MTC; batch numbers carried forward and backward through every step.
Work-order P/L from issued material, machine minutes, labour minutes and overhead.
GST registers, job work on returnable gate passes with ITC-04, export invoices, import purchase from PO to payment.
Ledgers, P&L, balance sheet, budgets, fixed assets and depreciation; attendance, salary, PF ECR, ESI and bank file.

For the owner
Most ERP projects struggle because people must feed them. Tejaxo ERP is built to reduce that: entries can be spoken or typed on WhatsApp in any language, and machine counts come from the shop floor. Owners ask questions like “top 10 overdue debtors” in plain language and get the answer with its period and plant stated. See the Tejaxo ERP product overview and how an automated ERP works.
The business on one screen, each tile drilling to its records.
SaaS hosted by Tejaxo, on-premise, private cloud or hybrid.
An entry saves only with the right to save it; every action is recorded.
Reports owners use
1000+ ready reports: order backlog, OTIF and TAT to dispatch · 3-way match and vendor rating · stock ageing, ABC / FSN · OEE, MTBF, MTTR · PPM and defect Pareto · work-order P/L · GST registers and ITC-04 · receivables ageing · trial balance, P&L and balance sheet – every report exports to Excel, plus Power BI.

FAQ
Software that runs a factory’s sales, purchase, stores, production, quality, GST, accounts and payroll in one system with one database, so a sales order, a work order, a stock movement and a ledger entry all stay connected.
Accounting software records transactions after they happen. A manufacturing ERP also plans them: MRP, work orders, job cards, batch tracking, quality checks and cost per work order. Many factories keep Tally for accounts and run production and inventory in an ERP, or move fully in stages.
The one that passes on your own data: a demo on your items and BOMs, a pilot month, shop-floor tracking, GST and ITC-04 handling, and support from the team that built it. Tejaxo ERP is one option built for Indian manufacturers; compare any vendor on those same tests.
